How do I start a new project and build my Smart Brief?
Using the Globality Platform is a breeze at every stage, from starting a new project on the Platform to completing your Smart Brief for matching with the best-fit providers.
1. Start a new project by clicking on "Create New" in the main menu, then click "Start Brief" in the project overview.
2. Glo, your AI Smart Sourcing partner, will guide you throughout the scoping process. Each time you answer a question, Glo uses Natural Language Processing technology to analyze each response and prompt relevant follow-up questions. Using the information in the Brief, Glo identifies providers with the skills, expertise, experience, and qualifications your project requires.

- All mandatory questions must be answered before your Brief can be completed. If you do not have an immediate answer, you can click the "Ask me later" option to return to the question at the end of the brief.
- For questions that are not mandatory, Glo will allow you to skip them via the “Skip question” option.
- Questions that are private will not be shared with providers and are only visible to your team.
- Glo will suggest answers to questions that you entered in previous briefs. For example, you will see previous answers when providing a company overview. Once a suggested answer is selected, it can be further edited before moving on to the next question. (To activate this feature for your company, please contact Globality support.)

3. Once you have answered all required questions, Glo will prompt you to review your brief in its entirety and make necessary edits before completing. You can also view and edit your brief by clicking on the "Brief" link in the navigation panel.

4. When you've answered all required questions, click "Find Providers". This will prompt Glo to match your project to the best-fit providers. Your team will receive an email notification once your project is matched.
