What are Globality pricing templates?

Globality pricing templates are specialized templates designed for specific pricing requirements. By utilizing Glo pricing templates, providers are prompted to provide their commercial terms by completing only the necessary sections in the Excel sheet. This streamlined approach ensures you have a clear view of the pricing details and facilitates easy comparison amongst providers.
 
Glo automatically extracts information from the pricing templates and generates insightful analysis. The analysis offers valuable insights into supplier comparisons, empowering you in your negotiation processes and aiding in provider selection.

Pricing template types

The Glo pricing templates presented will be dependent on the project category and commercial model. They may include milestone templates, fixed fee templates, rate cards, unit cost templates, and staffing plans. 

Edit a template 

You can download Glo pricing templates to make changes that better suit your requirements. Below are some examples of the types of changes you may make:

• Fill in line items into existing fields (light-blue shaded fields only)
• Hide or resize columns to customize the view via “Toggle Headings” in the “View Menu”
• Hide tabs if necessary

The following types of changes are not currently supported:

• Edit Provider Instructions and Summary View tabs
• Hide columns used as part of fee calculation (e.g. total cost, volume, start/end dates)
• Hide, add, or delete rows
• Rename, add, or delete columns
• Adjust formulas
• Rename tabs

If you require more complex changes to the pricing template that go beyond the provided customization options, please reach out to Globality Support with your pricing template requirements. Globality may be able to modify an existing pricing template to better align with your needs.

What will providers see?

Providers will see the exact same version of your Glo pricing template as in the brief. Additionally, they will receive an instruction template to assist them in filling it out and will be prompted by Glo if anything has been incorrectly filled out. 

Insights and analysis

Glo Insights will include a summarization of commercial responses highlighting the highest/lowest submissions, the comparison to average, minimum, and budget, as well as any additional metrics relevant to the commercial model chosen. Glo Insights will be available within 24 hours of the proposal's due date.
