Can I edit my Smart Brief at any time?

Yes. You can edit your brief at any time, even after it has been completed.

You can make edits in the following 3 ways:

1. Click on the “Brief” tab in the project navigation panel. The Brief page contains a card for each brief module in your project. Click on a card to view your responses to that module. Hover over the response that you want to edit and click the pencil icon that appears in the top right corner to edit the answer.

2. While answering Glo’s questions, you can scroll up to see your past answers. Hover over them and click “Change answer” to revisit that question and edit your answer.

3. You can also click on the “Overview” tab in the project navigation. This will open the Overview page. Find the tile labeled “Brief” and click on the brief module to review your responses for that module. Hover over the response that you want to edit and click the pencil icon that appears in the top right corner to edit the answer.

 

Your project team members will receive an email notification that includes what section was edited, the name of the team member who made the edit, and the date and time of the edit. 

If you edit your brief after it has been shared with matched providers, the providers will receive an email notification of any changes made. Glo will also prompt you to include a custom note for the providers.
