Can I share existing project documents with Glo to accelerate my scoping process? 

Yes. When you begin your project brief, Glo will give you the option to upload any project-scoping documents you have created as part of your project planning, such as requirements, presentations, and emails. You can upload one or more files in various formats (e.g., PDF, Word, Excel).  

Using generative AI, Glo learns from the given information, asking thoughtful follow-up questions and offering suggested answers to expedite the scoping process. You can easily accept, reject, add to, or edit Glo’s suggestions. 

By default, the project-related documents will not be shared with providers. However, you also have the option of sharing the project-related documents with providers by submitting them in the “Supporting documents” question later on in the brief. Glo will automatically copy over Scoping documents you upload to “Supporting documents”, where you will be able to remove them or add other relevant supporting documents.
