How do I collaborate with clients using Globality messaging? 

After you indicate your interest in pursuing a project opportunity, you will be able to collaborate with the client on Globality’s Platform. A message area between your project team and the client will automatically be opened in the project workspace. 

1. Navigate to the project and click on the client’s name under "Conversations" in the project navigation panel. 

2. Once in the message workspace, you can send a message to the client and your own project team. To view who will receive your message, you can click the user photos or initials at the top.

3. To send an attachment, click the paper clip icon on the right side of the chat field.  

4. You can also start additional conversations with select recipients by clicking the “+” icon to the right of the “Conversations” tab.
