How do I contact Globality Support? 

Globality Support is always available to help. Here are three easy ways to reach us: 

1. Submit a support case via Globality’s help center. You can access the help center by clicking on the "Help center" icon in the left-hand main menu at any time.

2. Send us a message through the Platform by clicking on the "Chat Support" icon in the left-hand main menu at any time. This will open up a conversation space where you can type a message at the bottom of the screen. 

3. Send us an email at support@globality.com or support@eu.globality.com for users in the EU.
