How to create and submit a proposal

How do I submit proposals on the Globality Platform?

Once your company has decided to pursue a project opportunity, you can draft and submit proposals in response to the client’s Smart Brief. Submitting a proposal on Globality’s Platform gives clients the advantage of viewing your submission alongside other service providers in a side-by-side comparison.

Create a proposal

1. After you pursue a project opportunity, Glo will present you with the option to start drafting your proposal. You can also navigate to the proposals overview page via the “Proposals” tab in the project navigation panel and then clicking on "New Proposal." You can create and submit up to 25 proposals per project.

2. The proposal builder will guide you as you provide details about milestones, fees, project teams, and more. It will also allow you to upload supporting documents. A draft version of your proposal is automatically saved so you can return to it later, or you can delete the proposal if you no longer need it. You can also clone any proposal to easily create another proposal for the project.

3. When you have provided all the required information and are ready to share your proposal with the client, click “Submit Proposal.”

4. Once you submit a proposal, you can track its status in the "Proposals" tab. Statuses include “In progress,” “Submitted,” “Revision Requested” and “Approved.” To view your proposals in a side-by-side comparison, click on the "Comparison" tab at the top.

Revise your proposal

You can revise your proposal at any time, and clients may also submit revision requests detailing the changes they would like you to make. You will receive a notification if the client requests a revision of your proposal.

1. Navigate to the proposal and click “Revise Proposal” to make any required changes.

2. When ready, click "Submit Proposal" to share the revised proposal with the client.

3. You can view a record of any previous versions you've submitted in the “Proposal version” section shown at the top of the proposal.

Proposal approval

If the client wishes to work with your company on the project, you will be notified when you have been awarded the project.
