How to create your Smart Profile

How do I build and edit my company’s Smart Profile on Globality?  

Your Smart Profile is used to highlight why your company is the best-fit for client projects. Provider Administrators can edit information about your company’s skills, capabilities, expertise, and experience at any time. Your company has the same profile across clients.

Build your Smart Profile 

After your company has been invited to join Globality, you will receive an invitation to log in to the Globality Platform and get started. If you are a Provider Administrator, you can add information about your company’s capabilities, experience, and credentials. You may find that your Smart Profile is already populated with some information when you first log in. This is information that Glo has curated about your company and can be edited at any time.

Your responses are saved as you complete the questions, and you can come back later to finish answering questions or revise your information. If you need assistance, you can message Globality Support by sending a direct message from the main menu.

Edit your Smart Profile 

To ensure that your company information is always up to date, Provider Administrators can edit the profile at any time.

  1. Navigate to the Administration section in the main menu
  2. Click “Profile”
  3. Click the pencil icon that appears when you hover over an answer to revisit the question and update your answer. 

Viewing your profile within a project 

When your company is matched to a project, Provider Administrators or Provider Team Members who are part of the project can view your Smart Profile as a client sees it.

  1. Navigate to the project by clicking the "Projects" link in the main menu.
  2. From the overview page, click on the "View Smart Profile" link. In this view, your profile will appear exactly as the client sees it for this particular project.
