How do I navigate the Globality Platform?

The Globality Platform was designed to be user-friendly and intuitive. Glo, your AI Smart Sourcing partner, will help you get started as a new user and will guide you every step of the way.

The key areas of the Platform are the main menu and project overview. The project overview includes a navigation panel and workflow area that is unique for each project.

Main menu

The main menu is always available on the left-hand side. From here you can access your home and settings, start a new project, view all your projects, approvals, manage your team, chat with Globality Support, and access the help center. 

To access your settings, click on your profile picture in the top left corner. From the dropdown menu, you can access your information, account settings, dashboards, data reporting, and sign out of the Platform. 

Project Overview

Every project on Globality has its own overview that consists of a left-hand navigation panel and workflow area. From the navigation panel, you can view the project’s high-level details, brief, matched providers, proposals,  project team members, and start a conversation with Globality or providers once they are matched.
